Product Details
The torsion-shaft digital display press brake is a basic, economical sheet metal bending machine. The machine utilises a mechanical forced synchronisation structure based on a torsion shaft and is fitted with a digital display; it does not feature a fully automatic CNC system. Parameters are entered manually and the backgauge position is adjusted by hand. It is primarily used for simple bending operations on standard sheet metal and is an entry-level model for sheet metal working.
Principle of Operation
The left and right main cylinders of the slide are rigidly connected via a torsion shaft that runs through the machine body.
When a deviation occurs in the stroke at either end of the slide, the torque generated by the torsion of the torsion shaft forces the strokes of the cylinders on both sides to balance, thereby achieving mechanical synchronisation.
Data regarding the slide’s vertical stroke and the position of the rear stop is collected via a light grid or encoder, and the values are displayed clearly on the screen.
Motion control is operated manually via a hydraulic valve block; automatic programme operation is not possible, and there is no servo-controlled rear stop.

We usually dispatch the goods within 30 days. If the machine is a non-standard, custom-made product, it may take longer. Generally speaking, the delivery time will not exceed 50 days.
We generally accept payment by telegraphic transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (L/C), requiring a 40% deposit, with the remaining 60% to be paid in full prior to delivery. For specific clients, we can offer more flexible payment terms.
The warranty period for the equipment is one year, with lifetime support provided. For specialised, non-standard equipment, we may offer a longer warranty period. During the warranty period, we provide free servicing should the equipment develop any quality issues or require replacement parts.

Upon delivery of the equipment, we usually provide various manuals, operating instructions, safety precautions, circuit diagrams and other documentation.
Sea freight charges are usually determined by the freight forwarder. You can choose to arrange transport through our freight forwarder, or select your own freight forwarder.
We can provide after-sales support, including commissioning, training and maintenance, to customers worldwide; however, customers are required to cover the costs of our technical engineers.
