Product Details
The universal upper-roll plate rolling machine is an upgraded version of the symmetrical three-roll plate rolling machine. It integrates pre-bending, circular rolling, circular straightening and conical rolling functions into a single unit, and is the mainstream equipment for the processing of pressure vessels and thick plates.
Working rolls
1) Lower rollers: The two rollers on the left and right are completely fixed in position; they neither rise nor move. Driven synchronously by a reduction gearbox, they act as drive rollers; the support span is stable, preventing the sheet from veering off course or slipping during feeding, whilst ensuring uniform clamping force on thick plates.
2) Upper rollers: These are driven rollers, capable of independent adjustment in two directions:
Vertical lifting: Dual hydraulic cylinders on both sides press down synchronously to provide the bending and forming pressure;
Horizontal fore-and-aft translation: A worm gear and lead screw mechanism drives the upper roll as a whole to move forwards and backwards, enabling pre-bending at both ends of the steel plate.
3) Unloading mechanism: The right-hand frame features a hydraulic tilting mechanism; once the cylinder has been rolled into a circle, tilting the side frame allows the finished product to be removed directly without having to extract the entire plate, ensuring convenient unloading.

We usually dispatch the goods within 30 days. If the machine is a non-standard, custom-made product, it may take longer. Generally speaking, the delivery time will not exceed 50 days.
We generally accept payment by telegraphic transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (L/C), requiring a 40% deposit, with the remaining 60% to be paid in full prior to delivery. For specific clients, we can offer more flexible payment terms.
The warranty period for the equipment is one year, with lifetime support provided. For specialised, non-standard equipment, we may offer a longer warranty period. During the warranty period, we provide free servicing should the equipment develop any quality issues or require replacement parts.

Whether standard or customised, the minimum order quantity is one unit, and we can meet your specific requirements through our OEM services.
Upon delivery of the equipment, we usually provide various manuals, operating instructions, safety precautions, circuit diagrams and other documentation.
Sea freight charges are usually determined by the freight forwarder. You can choose to arrange transport through our freight forwarder, or select your own freight forwarder.
We can provide after-sales support, including commissioning, training and maintenance, to customers worldwide; however, customers are required to cover the costs of our technical engineers.

We generally opt for sea freight.
