Automatic feeding: The feeding mechanism is equipped with an automatic centring function, ensuring that the centre of the sheet aligns with the centre of the rolling machine, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy of the rolled shape.

Automatic rolling: The four rollers work in precise coordination, with the upper and lower rollers pre-formed to shape the material. The four rollers operate in unison to roll the sheet metal into a perfect circle. A CNC system monitors the process in real time to ensure that every product is manufactured with absolute precision.

Automatic unloading: Once the rolling process is complete, the unloading mechanism automatically removes the finished cylinder and transports it to a designated location, facilitating further processing or storage.
